You must be over 18 to book and attend a Monograph event.
All our ticket sales are final.
If you purchased a ticket and cannot attend the event anymore, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to re-sell your ticket.
Please note that we are only able to re-sell your ticket when there are no more tickets available for the specific event that you booked for (the event is sold out).
Please note that in the last 3 days before the event, we will not be able to deal with ticket re-sell requests.
This is due the fact that we will be heavily involved with the event preparations.
Please note that the online payment processing company that we use (Stripe) charges us card processing fees that are not refunded to us when we refund our customers.
Therefore we have to deduce those fee from your refund in case you wish to re-sell your tickets.
The Stripe processing fees are: 1.4% + 20p for all European cards and 2.9% for all non-European cards.
Due to the particular nature of our events, the menu, location and time may change with short notice.
If this happens, we'll inform you as soon as possible by email and/or phone.
Our dishes are prepared in kitchens that handle nuts and other allergens, so they are not suitable for people with severe nut allergies and we cannot guarantee that our meals will be free from traces of any allergen.
Although care is taken when preparing our fish, some bones may remain.
Images on our website, social media accounts and any other place we list, promote and advertise our events are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
Monograph shall not be liable to refund ticket price or for any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to war, fire, strike lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.
Monograph can accept no responsibility for any injury to guests and sustained whilst attending the Event.
Monograph does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to guests.
Perfectionism is quite prominent in our way of working; We can't, however, have total control of everything, as the venues and part of the cooking equipment are not our own.
Please find beauty in the imperfection.
Gift tickets have a validity of 2 months and are non-refundable.
They allow to book seats for one of our events where tickets are still available.
Once the date of the event is chosen, the booking will be finalised and it won't be possible to change date.
